Robyn has been an instrumental part of my mental, emotional, and physical recovery over the last few years. I was referred to Robyn by a mutual friend, as my behavior modification therapy sessions were not yielding the results I was hoping for. I was growing frustrated and was looking for a change. So when I had reached a suitable stopping point with my current therapist, I was excited to venture down a new and more holistic therapy avenue. I was not disappointed as Robyn’s approach was both thorough, and insightful. She asked many questions regarding my previous therapy, and what other “wellness” avenues I had pursued. With her focus, and lack of ego, I was able to open my mind to a plethora of healing and wellness techniques I had either never heard of, or had thumbed my nose at previously. Things like acupuncture, meditation, bio-feedback, & Reiki to name a few.

Robyn’s bedside manner is unsurpassed, in my opinion. She was always following up with me on how I felt a specific session went. We would talk about various techniques, and ideas, and she helped a lot with not replacing or debunking my current belief system. Instead she was able to help me shed my fear of things I was ignorant of and accept the fact that the world, and our own life force has amazing built-in healing mechanisms. In essence, I was getting in my own way, and thanks to Robyn I feel I now have more tools to continue my own wellness into the future.
